J-Force seeks to equip students for a lifetime of faith, producing disciples who will be a force for Jesus.

What is J-Force?
J-Force is the K-5 elementary mininistry at Zion Congregational Church.  It meets on the fourth Sunday of each month during the school year from 4:30pm-5:30pm.  J-Force is designed for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
You do not have to go to church at Zion to attend J-Force.

What does it cost for my child to attend J-Force?
Nothing!  J-Force has always been, and will continue to be, a free program.

What will my child do at J-Force?
During an average meeting time, students may learn about God through arts and crafts, music, games, cooking projects, drama, and much more.  An easy way to describe J-Force is a Vacation Bible School event which lasts all school-year long!   The J-Force has also been a part of several special events in the past, including hosting a Grandparents’ Christmas Party, Senior Friends Valentine’s Party, and filling and delivering Easter Eggs to the residents of Risen Son Nursing Home.

You are invited to stay for dinner!

J-Force elementary ministry runs from 4:30pm-5:30pm on the fourth Sunday of each month. Immediately following, all J-Force families and all of the Zion Church congregation are invited to share a meal together. This meal is free will, with the suggested donation of $1-$2 per person just to help cover costs each month.
